  • All sessions are 55 minutes in length. The initial evaluation is $120.00, and all subsequent appointments are $100.00.

  • Payments are made through our client secure portal. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted for electronic payment of fees or co-pays. Cash or check is not accepted. A valid credit card must be used to schedule your first appointment.

    I am currently accepting self-pay clients and those with Aetna benefits. However, I am in the process of becoming in-network with other insurance providers in the area. In the mean time, I do provide super-bills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying MTB, you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a $75.00 late cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to your card on file.

  • Your payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balances will be automatically processed after 30 days of non-payment. You are responsible for providing the clinician with up to date billing information (e.g., name, address, new card information, or policy changes).

  • In accordance with the No Surprise Act, you're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services with us after an initial session.
